I am a living example of this . However to my bad luck even i was arrested because of the false case. However after coming out i have now decided to fight back in the courts of law. The bloody 498a wife will not get what she wanted. the hard earned money of me and my parents. And i hope to teach her a lesson back after winning the case... So pray me for friends.. Yes the story is real ... Yes there was something reasonable of past which led to such an article drafted in india ... but with time this has become such a nuisance that indian society hypocrisy is highlighted more and more ... no longer society needs such a partial law ... on one ground india wants to level to USA on other cant see that so many men are being harassed by women ... pathetic and sorry for the biggest democracy ... all I can see is fall in values and 'culture' is just a word of mockery!!!
